Tilted frets?

I think its called fanned frets but not really sure, but anyways whats the point of them? I have seen them on a couple of agiles and blackmachines and it just kinda confused me haha.

Having multiple scale lengths makes it so you can have greater tension on the lower strings

Longer scale on the bass range = tighter sound
Shoter scale on treble range = smoother sound (longer scale lengths can give the high register a harsher, brighter tone)
