Currently in Japan for few days and as you can imagine I hit the Ikebe stores in Tokyo today.

RG 8427F BX for 220,500 Yen.....
RG 4BX for 238,000 Yen

Was bit disappointed with overal quality of the RG4BX. For top of the line J. Custom range this shouldn`t be the case.

For now still in limbo of taking RG8427F with me from Japan.

That RG8427FBX is a nice guitar. :yesway: I've never heard of or seen the RG4BX, so I can't comment.

Out there, somewhere
The RG4BX isn't the "top of the line J. Custom" it was a custom run done exclusively for Ikebe in the J Custom line.

Man, I wish I could go visit Japan again. It's been 18 years since I left there. They have some nice Ibanez 7s. :agreed:

Japan would be cool to visit, but I don't really see it being a "touristy" type place. I want to take a vacation here soon, but I have no one to go with, and going to a resort on my own would be kind of boring/pathetic.
