Hey guys, I need an outside opinion on this one. Since I've had my new guitar (came pre-installed with a BK Nailbomb in the bridge) I've never really been able to get a decent, "rounded" tone that I'm left happy with. I've experimented with pickup height, tones, impulses, eq and so on, but there's always this lingering tubey/harsh sound that I can't get rid of. Which leads me to believe it's either the way the EQ was designed on the Nailbomb, it's a faulty pickup or perhaps a wiring issue. Sample below:

Maybe it's just me. Any thoughts?
