Concerning weird, but not illegal, names I have a relative who went to school with three sisters named Ima, Ura and Weera. Their last name was Hogg.

That's interesting - we had the same issue where I lived a few years ago, and the name Ima was thrown out for exactly that reason.

The worst I've come across was in an old company database - Real Dumas. We thought it was a joke for awhile but a coworker called the guy up and it was legit.
