I recently purchased the pod Hd and i am looking for some help on dialing that beautiful clean tone that is featured on the animals as leaders first album (such songs as On Impulse and Soraya). Thanks

Find some Misha Mansoor-like clean tones, easy to find online.
he produced their first album and it was recorded on a pod x3, i believe, and naturally his cleans in Periphery are similar to the sound on the first AaL album
At the very least you'll be able to tweak the tone from there.
