Trem Bridge Issue/Question

Got a licensed Floyd. Changed my strings with something holding the bridge up so that it wouldn't get messed up.

I got all of my strings on, but when I locked it down, tuned, and removed the stuff holding it up, it went all out of tune. I expected this. Now that I'm tuning it, though, the bridge is going deep into the guitar and is not level at all.

I want to get it level.

Any help is, as always, appreciated!

Thanks for the link! I figured it was in the springs. Just too expensive of a guitar to not go ahead and ask.
