Not sure if this is the right section, but i recently joined the esp/ltd family and i was wondering if down-tuning the new guitar will cause any effects on the neck such as a warp, action raising or lowering, or change in intonation... i probally will tune to C standard any help will be greatly appreciated.

Usually when you downtune, you'll also increase your string gauge to keep the tension close to what you'd feel with standard tuning. Any change of tuning and/or string gauge will inevitably require adjustments to neck relief, action and/or intonation, but if you're asking if there will be any permanent damage, the answer is no.
