Spanning Scandinavia and Southern California to Seattle and South Florida, an onslaught of early-’90s metal tones is ripe for your pedalboard.
Seattle meaning grunge? Was the 5150 used in the grunge scene?

These UAFX pedals are a bit strange imo. Too many features/software/expensive than I'd want in a pedal form factor, I'd rather just go multifx at that point. For those who use the UAFX pedals, what niche are the filling for you?
Can also even do this!

If it's as good as the other UAFX preamps, this will be the best 5150 pedal out there. That said, do we really need another 5150 pedal? 😭

I haven't watched the video, but I'm curious:
1- are you able to bring in your own IRs?
2- can you turn off the speaker emulation and use your own with an IR pedal or in the DAW?

Another silly youtube thumbnail, but a more metal orientated player. Pedal sounds good to me.

Still no desktop editor app?!?

As loathe as I am to make the analogy, but UA really does remind me of that meme with the dog sitting in the burning building at this point. No MIDI isn't a deal-breaker for me, but lack of a desktop editing app is. Lol.. and what does that grinning gargoyle of a human being reviewing this suggest I do? Buy another +/-$400 IR loading pedal to do what the UA pedal should be doing in the first place.

If it goes bad, be prepared to pay -- at minimum -- $200 up front just to get Universal Audio to even look at your bricked pedal. Fuck them.
