Ulver - Wars of the Roses (new album)

I had somehow forgotten about this album until yesterday, despite being a huge Ulver fan.

It was released on the US on 5/3/11.





And my favorite, the long spoken-word piece that closes the album:



I like it a lot. It expands on their Shadows of the Sun sound, but with more of a 'band' feel.

cant listen to music on my work comp, but definitely will be when I get home. I dig their early bm stuff, and then the william blake album to Shadows of the Sun are all just phenomenal. sots especially blew me away.

However, are these new songs more like that "too much to dream" song they had posted on their myspace page? I thought that one sucked pretty bad
