So i have an RGD7421 come in stock with Ibanez's seemingly screwless tuners. What sort of locking tuners i can use to upgrade the tuners?

Pretty sure you got yourself a typical 10mm Gotoh-style tuner like pretty much every Ibanez, Jackson, ESP/LTD etc. that didn't come with locking tuners

Lots of original and knockoff options for that.

If not sure post a picture

You can find the list and references of all the hardware on your guitar here :

The stock set of tuners #2MH1CG2L7B was used on a lot of 7 strings Ibbies. The holes must have a standard diameter for the kind of stuff usually used by Ibanez
I am not sure, but if I were you I would first be interested by the set of locking tuners GOTOH SG381-07-MGT.
It's the first thing that comes to my mind

most of the ibanez stuff has a little bit of play room in the actual diameter of the tuner holes meaning they fit most aftermarket tuners. These should fit if you don't mind them saying kiesel . (they sell individual tuners so you'd have to get the 6 string set and then one additional)
