Yeah this is far from the worst snafu I've had with USPS... but still just funny. I had a pair of used Scumbacks that just vanished for a week+ then showed up on my porch one day.

I’ve had similar experiences where USPS ships the item back and forth between Houston and Dallas several times before delivery, but never halfway across the country. Well, at least not yet.

Building a tribute guitar based on Joe Holmes Fork. He uses a J80 in the bridge so I was chasing one. I grabbed the J-80C with the A5 in it a couple days before I tracked down an actual J-80.

Had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. Ordered a pair of headband covers for some headphones that ended up taking over three weeks to get from New Jersey to me in Texas. Nothing expensive or particularly important, but definitely annoying since I had the option to pay a few cents more for a different courier at the time of purchase

Crazy! I guess it's better than FedEx, though. They always have the package suddenly go dark, with a cryptic note on the website that says something like "delivery will be updated," and CS can't find it. Then it just randomly shows up a few days later.
