i have been collecting knives for well over 20 years. i know cold steel. you need to check out relentless knives. its like the difference between a mid squire and a custom.

i generally pay anywhere from 100-800 on a knife. a good fixed blade, full tang knife should not cost under 100. if it does your prolly not getting much quality. knives are like guitars. you get what you pay for. also check out
