I had no idea they were working on a new release, that's awesome! Mine's got to be Fallujah's EP, Nomadic. Unfortunately it's really short, and the middle song isn't very impressive, but the first and last tracks are brilliant IMO

I haven't listened to the new Amorphis yet. New TBDM will slay. New Amon Amarth should be good although I was unimpressed with the new song. New Kalmah sounds kickass so far. Skeletonwitch have a new album in the works.

Surprisingly good year for me since I'm not a fan of regular death metal.

Been very impressed with the latest Killswitch, Dillinger Escape Plan, Stone Sour and Hypocrisy.

Very much looking forward to the new Black Dahlia Murder album, and knowing that Misery Index are scheduled to hit the studio in the later months of this year is getting me pumped for 2014!!
