Just found out that legendary director Corey Yuen (No Retreat No Surrender, Transporter and worked with martial arts greats like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Jet Li) sadly passed away. So I'm blasting this.

Also this has a cool Satriani solo.

I mean, who hasn't been bullied to the point that Bruce Lee's ghost pops up in your garage to teach you martial arts? I feel like at least five adults I knew as a child lost their dojos to mob bosses that employed a team of ninjas to corner the strip mall karate dojo market. It's a story that's as old as time itself.

This was pretty good! Didn't know Jared Leto plays piano.

Loving the Katatonia vibe. Could have done without the screams because I'm old and prefer cleans these days but damn good nonetheless and I do think they add atmosphere to the conclusion.

Yeah. I was a little put off by that screaming at first too (although I do like screams usually), but it has grown on me. And it's quite unique to see someone playing violin and screaming his/her lungs out.

I usually don't really like deathcore (or what the hell do those young whippersnappers call this kind of music these days?), but this has just enough of a twist to be different from everyone else and to make my brain go tingly.
