I have an old, tiny, crappy nano...so rotation is frequent

What has never left since making it on:

Every Kalmah album
Animals as Leaders
LoG - As The Palaces Burn
Trivium - Shogun and Ascendancy
Arsis - A Celebration of Guilt
Daath - The Concealers and The Hinderers
Tool - Lateralus

I think that's about it. Not a very good sampling of my tastes, other than showing my Kalmah-fanboy-dom. Everything else rotates...need a better iPod...

I use a 4gb mp3 player (I know, i need to update :ugh:) so i rotate my music pretty frequently. It can be a pain in the ass, but at least it allows me to channel my listening in certain directions to avoid albums that i've heard too often.Besides, I only use it when i'm working out. That being said, i usually have an album by Radiohead or The Mars Volta on there but not always.

Zappa, Imogen Heap, Opeth, James Taylor are some of the main ones for me. Probably others but those are the first which spring to mind.
