My Ibanez is 1/2 step down...

My Schecter I have tuned oddly right now.

High to low: E B Gb B Gb Db Ab

I like it because of the extra range, and I'm coming up with some interesting chords.

B-E-A-D-G-B-E (standard) but at 435 mhz instead of 440 mainly. but i am also playing with D-A-D-G-C-E-A at 440 mhz on my 7421

wow. i'm gonna sound like a complete friggin geek on this one, but here goes.

435 and 440, they're actually only in the hz range.

and since i've gone this far, lets have some fun shall we?

440 = 440 hz, or cycles per second

440mhz = 440,000,000 hz, or cycles per second

440,000,000 > 22,500hz (roughly the threshold of human hearing)

I don't own a 7-string guitar yet, and if I got one I wouldn't want to add a high A string as that might just be too ear-piercing, and I wouldn't want to add a B string as that would muddy up a good bassline, so I was thinking, what if I did put on that high A string and then tuned it all down a whole step to:

D-G-C-F-A-D

Or heck, maybe even 1.5 steps down. Has anybody done this? Seems like all I ever hear about is people tuning way down or just adding a high A.

Half step up to Drop A#. I've played in that tuning the entire time I've played guitar, so why switch up when I moved to a 7?

He said mhz, small m, mili hertz(10^-3) instead of Mega (capital M)
