Frank, Arrested for Homicide.
In this classic Weegee image, sixteen-year old Frank Pape sits in a "pie wagon," accused of strangling a four-year old boy. Weegee often used windows and fences as visual elements to frame and thus draw attention to his subjects. Here, the wagon door's chain-link fencing creates a dominant pattern, brightened by proximity to Weegee's intense flashbulb. The fence seems to isolate Pape's face and hands within diamonds of crisscrossing wire. This draws attention to the youth's lost-in-thought expression and symbolically hints at his narrowing options.

Andy was arrested for standing and shouting outside a worker's house of Newchurch Guine Pig farm, where thousands of guinea pigs are bred for the disgusting vivisection industry.

Alriiiight, I'm a guinea pig harasser!!!

+2 for anyone who googles their name and turns up a story which actually relates to themselves.

Since I got the same result as Nick1, I'll take the next one:

Nick Carter, the youngest member of the Backstreet Boys, was arrested January 2 at a Florida nightclub after allegedly disobeying a policeman’s orders to leave the club. Carter, 21, was charged with a misdemeanor count of resisting/opposing a law enforcement officer. Reportedly, after an early morning fight broke out at the club, Pop City, Carter became involved in an argument with an unidentified woman. According to the police report, officers asked Carter to leave the premises over 10 times. Carter was then informed that he had until the count of three to leave or he would be placed under arrest. When he continued arguing with the woman he was handcuffed and placed in a police car. He was later released on his own recognizance and is to appear in court on March 4.

It was reported that Carter had been drinking and that he and a group of friends were "loud and obnoxious and causing problems throughout the night." As was reported on The Smoking Gun, according to an eyewitness, "Nick wasn’t belligerent, but he started bawling. He said, ‘You just want to arrest a Backstreet Boy. I’ve never been arrested. I don’t know what to do!’ He was crying hard. Tears were streaming down his face. People were laughing at him. The cops were chuckling."

Carter released a statement, saying, "I truly believe my celebrity motivated the officer to arrest me. He said my name aloud during the incident. I am certain that after a full investigation of the facts, my name will be cleared." He denies that he did anything wrong except he was "moving too slow." He is not the first Backstreet Boy to face trouble. A.J. McLean checked into rehab for alcohol abuse and depression in July. He was back in action in August to help the Boys promote their new albums Black & Blue and The Hits: Chapter One.
