"The Gates of Delirium" - Yes

Too hard to decide, but DWoT is probably my all time favorite.

Honorable mention for songs that don't quite make the 20 minute mark:
"Hemispheres" - Rush
"Pirates" - Emerson, Lake & Palmer
"Close to the Edge" - Yes

My vote goes to The Odyssey as well...I normally don't have the patience to sit through such long songs.
