For me, it always seems to be the cheaper the better, or decent guitars that are pretty beat up.

I dont think I own anything over a 500 dollar trade value.

1997 Korean made Epiphone Les paul standard, crunchlab/liquifire pickups
2005-ish LTD Ec-1000, jb/59 pickups
2014 Interceptor, the bottom of the barrel Agile model. Bolt on neck, Cepheus pickups.
SX Strat copy that i bought for 60 bucks brand new. (it was one of the white models that had some yellowing of the paint they advertised a few months ago for dirt cheap)
Douglas 4 string bass
Alvarez RD8, and an Alvarez RD20U

Mainly Ibanez and a few Gibsons.
The rest are a mixed bunch.

I like Ibanez. A lot.

I also used to own a Fender MIM Tele with Hot Rails and a Bronze Series BC Rich. I miss my Tele :( Though I may be picking up a Ibanez FR320 and ditching the AS-73.

Truth! One of the best guitars I ever played. I only wish I had it when I knew how to do setups. It needed one after 20 years of not having one. Pretty solid guitar too considering it's age, origin and price (I payed $125 used).

I'll list them all, including bass.

A SG six-string, an Epiphone Les Paul Classic 7 String, an Ibanez RG8 (Black), a Washburn Bantam Bass (5 Strings) and a Waldman acoustic guitar. Also, POD HD 300.

I'm pretty much limited on funds for instruments, spinal AND back injuries that are non-operable, so it's production models for me.:shred:
6 string) PRS Custom SE, Ruby Burst Red, Music Man, Sterling JP 100 Picifica Blue Burst, MM Sterling JP 50 in a UGLY "Stealth Black" gee Extremely BLACK guitar for Metal/Prog/etc. ?? Cliched as all hell.

7) MM Sterling JP70 (once again the butt ugly "Stealth Black", no options on color).

The 1st to go would be the JP 50 to make room for a new 7 string when the urge to buy something overrides my budget paranoia

I've got six guitars and a bass at the moment:

* Ibanez RG1527 with a D-activator 7 in the bridge + tone control removed
* Jackson Dinky DK-2 with reverse headstock and Duncan Designed pickups + gain boost
* Self built Explorer, Kramer body, Jackson DK-2 neck with normal headstock, Ibanez Edge Pro tremolo and EMG 81+85
* Harley Benton Explorer with EMG 81X+85X and I'm gonna replace the cheap licensed Floyd with an Ibanez Edge Pro this week
* Burnout SWD, a cheap but pretty good strat-shaped guitar made in Vietnam
* Lotus Les Paul, got this at random from a friend. Not bad, but the pickups need to be replaced
* 6-string Harley Benton bass. Not much to tell, but it works for my home recordings.

You guys are kinda making me feel better for having as many guitars as I do. I often have a difficult time justifying it to myself.

BC Rich Platinum series warlock
Agile Intrepid Pro 728
Ibanez RGIR20FE
Jackson SLSMG
ESP/Edwards SG

I'm thinking to take my iron label and agile and sell one and trade the other for a midrange acoustic. I don't think I'd play the acoustic guitar that much but I'm not really playing either of those two guitars. Who knows maybe finally getting a quasi-nice acoustic (as opposed to the dirty warped-ass beater I used to have) will make me want to play it more.

Mostly cheap/weird ones:
Spirit GT-Pro ("the broom" -- because the guy from Blue Oyster Cult was playing it, and it reminded me of that commercial, "where's the rest of your car?" -- my first)
Rogue Aluminator
BC Rich Warlock
Parker Fly Deluxe
PRS Mira
PRS Starla
PRS SE 24 7
PRS Santana (total beater -- it's even missing one of the guitar strap buttons)
Mexican strat beater
