It's an Ed Roman replica of a Kramer Triax.

The original Kramer Triax, despite being a ridiculous anti-ergonomic design, is highly sought-after by "Kramer aficionados," because only a few were made before someone said "WTF am I doing?!" and those that were made were subject to high levels of attrition, partly because of the lack of practicality of the design, but partly because the stupid little thin strips of wood on the sides were prone to breaking off. And, of course, everything I just said came right out of my ass, as I have no idea what that is.
