Hey Guys,

I'm looking for a good Maintenance and Repair book to have around to I don't have to pop on the computer to research all the time while adjusting my guitars.

If it specifically deals with floating trems, extended range guitars, and is spiral bound that'd a plus!

Guitar Player Repair Guide by Dan Erlewine.

It's not specifically about extended range guitars, nor is it spiral bound, but I doubt you'll find a book with either. You can probably take the book to a local printer and have them spiral bind it for a couple of dollars, though (I've done this before).

^ I didn't see tedtan's response. It's what I have, I have the older edition, no dvd, but still worth it.

For extended range guitars I can't really think of anything that would need to be different.

The sole exception being guitars with two Truss Rods - and really, you can take tips from bass luthiers there.
