Probably because they aren’t common at all in the US market. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one on the used market around me or online.

Bought one just for the V30s...it's well built for the price.

I play metal, thrash and deathmetal...sounds great.

Thomann has Victory 2x12 vertical cabs for $569 + $34 shipping to the states. I'm not sure if this is a mistake in pricing because the same cabs (like the V212VV) are quite a bit more expensive from other online stores (especially ones in the USA).

Built in the UK, redwood pine top and sides, baltic birch for back and baffles.

Seems like a pretty sweet deal. Tempted to get one for myself as I've been planning to get a 2x12 as well.
