Which Tone Is Better?

Hey everybody! Just a clip of two different tones i'm trying out. Take a listen and tell me which one sounds better. Feel free to give me any tips to make things sound even better!

In these tracks i'm using Superior Drummer with tracked guitars through a UX2. these is no bass.

The first tone was made from Pod Farm.
The second tone is from different plug-ins including: Poulin LeCab, Poulin LeGion, and TSE 808.

I think the first one is better.

Once you get some bass down i think it will fill out nicely.

I'm guessing the first one will sound best with bass added.

Without bass... I'd probably pick the second one.

You guys need to listen to this both ways around (starting with the second and checking the first tone after that). You won't get an objective opinion if you don't do that multiple times, I swear to ya.

Ps. in the first clip, the right side is lower than the left side.

IMHO you should wait until bass is in there before picking one, and even then, I would imagine you'd want a tone that's somewhere in between.
Mix for the song, not for the guitars.
