BULB. If you asked me ten minutes ago, I'd have said someone else.

But I just listened to "Breeze" :agreed: for the first time.

I wouldn´t collaborate with any great musician, because I would be too ashamed of my skills.
However, I would gather Olof Mörck (Dragonland), Mats Haugen (Circus Maximus) - both for their guitar skills, progressive riffings and composition- Victor Wooten - for his jazzy groove and amazing rythmic technics, his way to bring the bass upfront-, Hans Zimmer - well, no need to tell why I guess!- and Mike Portnoy - don´t think I need to tell why here either- for an incredible instrumental piece of music :)

Sorry, I can´t think of one person :D

This is hard. I thought of like 6 instantly and a few more after that.

I'll have to say Paul Masvidal of Cynic.

I think good collaborations come about almost by accident and can't really be forced.

That being said I would give almost anything to collaborate with Steve Harris.

Brian from TBDM just because he is an excellent guitar player, riff machine, and is funny.

Guthrie Govan because I'd learn so much, mostly that I should just hold the guitar open mouthed while everyone enjoys his playing and occassionaly punctuate with bland generic licks incase people miss them.

There are TONS of people...

Maynard from Tool, but in like, 1998-2001.
reason? because he's one of my favorite vocalists of all time.

Mike Patton, for teh same reason as above.

All the guys in the band Hum, because 90's space rock is fucking great.

I could name off a shit ton, but I won't. I'll leave it at that.

Hans Zimmer.

His music is so heavy and epic, with some guitars added in I think it would sound crazy brutal.

Just imagine 'The Battle' from the Gladiator soundtrack, but with metalness. It would be AWESOME.

YES!

The Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack is fucking incredible, and I always wanted to do a progressive metal twist on the whole theme. I should have said Hans Zimmer.

I'd like to corroborate with Simone Simmons... I don't know if I'd make any music with her, but I'd love to corroborate with her.
