There's nothing "special" about it, but it was built in the custom shop, it'll play better than any production guitar you can buy, that's the point of it.![]()
Hehe I know that guy, you'd love him D-EJ... he too has a hard-on for all things ESP/Caparison!Only difference is he has lots of money and actually buys all of them!

If you saw half of the guitars he owned you would cry, really.

this is my one of my fav. guitars, i would kill to have one.
that headstock is my fav. of alll.
i cant believe they changed the headstocks, that totally turned me away from ltd and esp in entirety.
Hey guys, Ari (WarriorOfMetal) linked me to this thread so I figured I would chime in.
The Horizon is a custom shop build, which if you ask anyone who has played a custom shop model vs. a standard series model, they'll tell you how much better the custom shop ones are. I think $1650 is a pretty good price, but I might be willing to go a bit lower on it. It's a real nice guitar, but I can't afford to keep it around. And yes, I've owned a decent amount of gear.![]()
Here's a clip of the ESP I recorded the other day if anyone is interested.

I don't play 7 strings, but I do play 6 strings tuned to B, if that counts for anything.
