having owned a similar schecter and played and owned quite a few ltd's 6's and 7's, you're much better of with a sc607 a mh407 or even better a h1007 wich ROCKS.

Funny thing is I have been hearing a lot of good things about the 1007 and was thinking of getting one. But (correct me if I am wrong) the LTDs seem to be almost the same mold as the Schecters and except for the SC607 there really doesn't seem to be anything particularly overwhelmingly interesting about them. At least the SC has the kick ass pickup combination in a odd configuration/position. NEck wise it wasn't like my Horizon, but it could be a match. I just think Schecter and LTD are not that different the more models I get to try.
