Lycia takes the cake for non metal stuff.

For metal its a toss-up between Fear Factory, Celtic Frost/Triptykon and a couple others.

Hmm... that's a tough one. I usually won't listen to one artist any more frequently than once a month, but there are bands that I'll come back to more frequently, and also bands that I'll continually revisit. In the past year, i probably listened to Andrew Jackson Jihad and Kendrick Lamar the most. Going further back, I'd say This Will Destroy You, Opeth, Burzum, Bob Marley, and Deathspell Omega are the bands I've been listening to for a long time and still come back to fairly regularly.

The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. Danza III has been listened to bits, and still is. Disfiguring the goddess is making a case for pole position tho.

All time? Coheed and Cambria. Followed distantly by Dream Theater and then... maybe System of A Down?

Lately I can't get enough Tesseract.

Pretty much all Rush, Iron Maiden and Pink Floyd, and Megadeth up to and including Rust In Peace. Maybe squeeze Chick Corea in there too.

Rock on!

The Devin Townsend Band/Project, Deftones, Children of Bodom, In Flames, and The Aquabats (lol) are all up there for me. I'm sure there's more, but these are the ones that I tend to fall back on.
