I don't have an iPod, so no albums for me :D

But yeah, I guess these are the albums I'd pick :

Metallica - Master of Puppets
Amoral - Fallen Leaves & Dead Sparrows
Swallow the Sun - New Moon
Pantera - Far Beyond Driver (or their best of -album, even though it doesn't actually contain their best songs :D)
Alestorm - Back Through Time (because of Shipwrecked, get drunk or die! :D)

Really hard though. MoP is pretty much the only 100% certain one out of those, because I consider it the best album ever.
The Amoral album is one I'm listening to a lot right now, but I don't know how long it'll last yet.
New Moon is my #1 winter album, it's really nice to listen to when it's -30C and you're walking in the snow, but I don't know how it would work on an island. It's a depressing album though, so it'll help me to get of the island (by hanging myself :D).
And of course you need to have some Pantera. Can't live without 'em.
Alestorm... well, it's mostly quite happy music, so I guess it'll be a nice change between the agressive and depressing stuff :) Get drunk or die!
