I'm currently looking on the market for a multi-effects and came across this the other night when browsing Thomann where it's priced 264. This looks ridiculously good value for a multi-effects with the kind of features on it.
Tube preamp with a booster
60 second looper (30 seconds with the undo/redo feature on)
Expression pedal
And a whole host of effects (up to 9 simultaneously)
