    It turns out there is a small black hole on the back of just about every cassette tape deck motor. Inside this hole there it a small flathead screw that when turned to the right, speeds up the motor of the deck.. Makes great sludgetapes too.

    Thanks man! Thats just the comp i mix it with... I turned up the mids and treb a touch on the amp, bumpd 1.2k a touch on the guitar, un-saturated the snare & brought its ringer-freqs back up 2-3db, and opened the kick up. Hows it sound now? https://soundcloud.com/dimensionless/necro-remix-2

    MOST of the impulse packs out there (even free) are pretty dang good Gods cab, Alus, kalthallen ect.. You just gotta use that little arrow in lecab2 next to the impulse name and scroll thru the folder while listening... and dial it all in.

    Does anyone know how clean up the tone of the Omen -8?

    No. But that doesnt mean I dont try! DI with some eq before the ampsim... 1-3db of moderetly q'd boosts around 900 and 1.6k.. 3.5k.. 6k... & depending on how "hydrated" i am, 1-2db dip around 230hz Im lucky enough to have a buddy with an Agile w/808s... But have yet to do a "match eq" run to...
