Basically the number of tubes, "rectification" and wattage determines the rectifier difference.
A Single Rectifier doesn't use tubes for rectifying, is rated at 50 watts and has 7 tubes.
A Dual has 2 tubes for rectification, is rated at 100watts and has like, I dunno, a couple more tubes than the single.
The Triple is rated at 150w and once again, has more tubes. Hurray.
