The ESP LTD neck is a bit thinner but if I had to keep one of them, I would keep the Schecter. I just like the way it plays over the ESP. The Schecter scale is 26.5 a tad longer than the ESP which makes it ideal for tuning down. I have it set to standard tuning right now. I also had the Schecter setup by a pro when I swapped the pups out so plays great. Plus I really like the color of the guitar.
