    Looks like a cool bike! Nothing wrong with a 26er, although you'll be in heaven when you eventually move to a 27,5" or 29" :D Makes rocks and roots so much smoother. Personally I still prefer 27,5" over 29" though. I've got a M sized Mondraker 27,5" that's got the same wheelbase as my brother's...

    My band played one gig in 2020 fall. Of all gigs that one happened to be our album release party and everyone had fun despite the limited capacity (which ended when the bands had played and the venue was an open bar for everyone and not a "event".     Nice! I've sometimes done 30min nonstop stints, starting around the same tempo, when working on my downstrokes. Good to see I'm not crazy at all then :lol:

    Thanks! :D The game looks promising! Gotta keep an eye on that! I also got my older bro into riding. Now he's talking about making a stand for practicing manuals. Anyone tried one? Sounds like a fun indoors activity in the winter.

    How to fix poor timing?

    This. I can't remember where I heard the term, but someone somewhere talked about "burying the beat" while playing. In other words, be so dead on that you barely even hear the click whenever the note lands on the beat.

    Note to self: do not have your solo boost and clean sound next to each other on a pedalboard. That epic bend that starts off the solo might become quite the opposite if you don't watch your step :lol:

    Yeah! A lot of times it ends up that way. She usually composes on a piano and whenever I have an idea for a part, I think more about the song than the fingering :lol:
