hey dude, thanks for info about gig, but I can't make it today. But let me know when there's something in the future, I 'm definetly intreseted to hear some good music!
It's funny that you should ask, man. I sent an email to Ernie a day ago regarding the progress of the body. We'll see what the deal is shortly, I'm sure.
Hey, Nah, I've not heard anything more abbout my RG7 from ET. He did say that he's having some CNC drama, but my body is next in line. I'm hoping that it pulls through shortly.
Hey man, Nah, I'm still waiting on any further news regarding my RG7 body. Hopefully there'll be something before too long. It seems as if the finishing process is going to be the last milestone in this whole process.
Thanks man. These exams mean a lot to me, so I've made a conscious effort to spend less time on here and more on getting solid grades.
The neck took quite a while to be completed. Admittedly, I did deliberate the specs for a looonngg time. I placed the order for the body in late December. Ernie told me that he was aiming for a late January shipping date, but that evidently isn't the case. I don't blame him, though (he is busy), and his work seems to be terrific. I'd much rather have a stunning guitar body that takes a little longer to arrive than a hurried, inferior one. :)
Thank for the advice! I have chosen to go with Norther Hard (White Ash) and a Maple/Bloodwood neck, with a Maple fretboard. I think it should work nicely. Since it's my first "ground up" guitar it will be a bit of a learning experience as to what works. I figured if I didn't like one thing or another, I would incorporate the pieces into something else and see where it goes from there! Thanks again and I will let you know hoe it turns out. Right now the routes have been made and the body should be cut and sanded within the next week or 2....! Peace.
