No joke, I was debating whether it was still worth it after Defeated Sanity dropped. Not that I don't like Gorguts, but I was really bummed that I wasn't going to hear the Dharmata line-up. You've rekindled my interest considerably.
I had a ticket to see these guys in Philly, but sadly I had to miss the show. They're still one of my all-time favorites, so bleh.
As for this album, I admittedly haven't listened to it in around a month. I don't hate it or feel betrayed like some long-time fans, but it just doesn't grip me...
No, I take Effexor (SNRI) and this sounds pretty accurate. It helps tremendously with my anxiety, but if I miss a dose I experience dizziness and headaches. :ugh: One time I passed out and had to be briefly hospitalized (though thankfully nothing came of it long-term).
Yeah, I think Ammott needs someone like Bill Steer to offset his predictability. I loved that duo in Carcass, but ever since I've kind of felt his writing has been mediocre.
Has DB ever had a good mix? Admittedly I haven't listened to all of ATB, but DBW was way too quiet and Polarity was so loud that the instruments were clipping. :lol:
For the first few months of the year, I'd wake up feeling sick every night. I couldn't eat normally and lost 25 pounds. My health is now in better order now that I've changed my diet and exercise habits. I still have a long ways to go until my life is completely in order, but I'm feeling so much...
