    Would you believe LIne6 HD500 still go for around the $400 mark in Australia used, they were only apprx $650 brand new back in the day! I owned one years ago & it near drove me mad, spent more time fiddling than playing guitar. Yeah that NAM plugin is def a good bit of gear for recording etc...

    All you guru's of tone question for you, any difference between recording via usb out to computer/daw over recording via an audio interface when using a multi fx like a Line6 PodGo Stomp etc etc. Don't see this talked about much online. Appreciate any replies.

    I still have Podfarm on an old laptop, I cranked it up the other week & dragged the GuitarPort out of the cupboard & like you say it can still produce some decent tones. I will have to have another go using the LePou plugins & IRs as never tried that.

    My go to is still the same as I have been recording with since Moses was a boy. Have not spent a dime on plugins/multi fx etc etc Why waste money when I can still create world class recordings with this setup. I keep telling myself how good I am as no one else will :nuts:
