i suggest you to sean it back. I had sanded back a tru oil finish nek and have had any problem. One question: have you did a compund scarfjoint for the nut? Can you post a photo please and eventually a build process please?
this I know but he had glued the heastock cap after he has routed the compound scarf of the neck. And then he did agin with the cap already glued. And the cap then just run few mm of neck . Bah Still a mistery!
