This is very much appreciated from someone who had that very moment many years ago. Bought a used Jackson not knowing what a full floating, locking trem actually meant until I got home and couldn't tune the damn thing to save my life..... ahh good times.
The only possible idea I have is the dude in question is the woman's best friend. I remember from the original post a best friend being mentioned, a dude. So possibly the sex was real, consensual or not, and the best friend is using the opportunity to pose has the women to extort.
It's pretty...
I mean.... if he actually wins this, what does he actually expect to happen? Just start playing and writing in the band again, like nothing happened? That would be wild.
The eclipse is the one model where I truly think the LTD is the much better buy over the E-II for reasons like you mentioned. You can also find a used EC-1000 for dirt cheap.
I normally can't stand colored fretboards, but honestly something about it being richlite with matching color and material actually makes a colored fretboard look somewhat classy for once..... but the fishmans and evertune are a major no go for me.
+1 for Strictly 7. Such a stupid name considering what they made.
Also to add, they had to have been the worst playing guitars I've ever played in comparison to how much they cost. Absolutely mind boggling design decisions too.
I like it, although I found it odd that Keene himself didn't actually appear in the video to present it. I feel like he's barely been apart of this thing.
Side note, is that new heel coming to all models? That was one of my biggest gripes with Vola.
FWIW, baseball bat handles are on average an inch thick.
Any guitar neck that starts at around an inch would be considered a "baseball bat guitar neck" to me
This thread is a little old now, but I'll throw in my two cents with my recent jump into Edwards.
Last year I decided to grab a 2011 Edwards Horizon III. I figured it would be a fun project guitar to mod. It didn't come with any Edwards logo on the headstock, and so I applied an ESP vinyl logo...
At the end of the day, it's a custom, and with any guitar that has more hands than machines on it can always cause variation. I'm sure some have slipped through the shop that truly were worse than a GTR. Personally, I think with ormsby's fan club being so rabid, mixed with Ormsby himself not...
Well this thread sure has devolved into madness
EDIT: I did own a GTR 6 run 6 about 4/5 years ago. I actually really loved it outside of the fanned frets, it's just not for me. But i will say it was probably one of the highest quality MiK guitars I've played.
I've played a few custom...
My dream Ibanez has finally gone up for sale, only 12 of these were made. Been after a Cherry Blossom RG since I joined SSO with the RG2820qz.
What fucking psychopath does such a thing??? I think I'm going to be sick...
