Two totally contradicting views  Let's see how it goes, maybe the seller won't lower the price on it at all and I'll just pass it completely and end up waiting for a DV8 anyway. But, yeah, would love a Kiso Custom Shop ESP.
How much do they go for? I might get one of those PCRBs.... Has SS caught on to political correctness? Or may I just curse and let everyone know that I want a Bich :D
Hey everyone So, here's my current Guitar collection. And a few comments on each guitar
Left to right -
2014 Dean VMNT Fear Made in Korea (WK serial number, assuming World Musical Instruments Korea, can someone confirm?) - Tuned to D Standard for modern Megadeth. Plays almost as good as the...
This RR is just freaking amazing. 24 frets on this and I am sold. But, it's just that good even without 22 frets. I really want one of those King V Elite or a nice Jackson Stars King V. It's like they all vanished from Russia.
It's not about the stamp, but the build, sound, feel, spec. Features :D I am the last person to care about stamps. I care more about the woods and features. :)
The K I am would wait to get is a simple run of the mill ESP DV8. Mahogany neck and body, ebony board, same pickups, the killer dunlop...
That's nice to hear. I just have to make the choice of weather I should hold on and wait for a decent DV8 to pop up or get that Standard V with the SS serial number, because the price is mostly gonna be the same, give or take a couple 100 bucks. But, I don't like the pickguard on it, that's my...
Hi everyone. Happy New year! I was looking across some guitars and stumbled upon an ESP V whose serial number starts with an SS07xxxx. Pretty much looks like the ESP DV8 Dave Mustaine V, only without a pickguard. Apparently, ESP standard series made in 2007? What series is this? ESP Standard...
As a V fanatic myself, I think I could chip in and add something here.
I have an ESP E-II Arrow 7 which is phenomenal. The quality is right up with my Jackson KV1. Stays in tune, solid as a rock. But you do have to go through the pain of changing strings and setting it up, but once done, you can...
So, I did buy the iLouds. Very happy with them, and loving them. The bass is pretty good for the current setting I am in, more than enough. And playing guitar throught them is a treat. Just perfect
The question with the non-monitors is - will they be able to handle my guitar through BIAS or Amplitube? Monitors, for sure will, and they'll also handle everything else, but as I move away from them and go around the room doing my stuff, the music is gonna lose quality, right? That won't happen...
This question has often come up to me, how do others enjoy their music, since all I've done all my life is listen through any earphones that came with my phone or MP3 players. And recently upgraded to the Shure SRH840. And I've never really enjoyed music through big or loud systems or speakers...
Hey guys.
I am pretty much new to the whole mixing, engineering side of things, and by no means have great ears, but using upgrading from the Shure SRH440 to the SRH840s gave me a whole new perspective of sound. Everything is much clearer and I'm hearing instruments more separately, actually...
I dunno how to! D:
That's cool. The neck pickup is certainly stock. KV Pros came with Bill Lawrence ones, and it wasn't an L500-XL. I wanna swap it out with a Jazz most likely. Gotta locate one
Thanks. Always an ebony fretboard for me.
Well, apparently, ESP can't do it since Dave says it's his design, well, that's what he says everywhere. So, more power to him. He did say that he would re-introduce his former signature guitars known as Jackson KV1 or the ESP DV8, the Jackson Y2KV and the ESP Axxion with his new endorsement...
