Hey all.

Ordered myself an RGD7320z. Always played 25.5's with 9 gauge strings, iv dabbled with 10's but found i could never get used to soloing and bending on them properly.

With my new 26.6" are 9's gona be hard to bend?

It'll be a little harder, nothing much. What's the exact set you are usually using?

Could always try 8's or 8.5's if you don't like em :) I know you can get some sets like that.

No you shouldn't notice to much of a difference. I found large bends with 10s on a 26.5 was hard but after re-stringing with 9s they were very similar to my 25.5 with 9s. Its the low strings that you will find have more of a tension difference with the extra inch.

I usually string mine with 9,11,16,24,32,42,56. I have used sets of 10-46 and 9-46 and stuff but i always end up back on the little wimpy ones :D
