56k?

I would rather not have the internet at all than have dialup. Back in 96, when dialup was the only thing available, I would go days without using the internet, just because the connection was so slow. Currently I use ADSL (100 MBps connection).

We have 56k here at my house which blows the big one, but the thing that keeps me alive is I can pimp my neighbor's wireless for cable goodness

Cable. Can't remember if it's 4Mbps or 8 now. They keep raising the speed for no price increase, so I'm not complaining!

Former 56k convert just yesterday infact. DSL/Cable isn't everywhere like most people think. We just did get the offer back in May.
