Since Wes posted his 27" 22 frets LACS Iceman, I can't stop thinking about one - any ideas about any brand which makes a baritone, 22 fret, seven string?

I mean he also is a fan of the 2027xl so check that out – but it's got 24 frets....

One more string than you're asking for but I always thought the Thordendal FTM33 was very cool albeit overpriced.

Probably not be a sensible option since you seem to be in Poland but Balaguer could build you an Oceanus with those specs:

As a recent FTM33 buyer - they’re worth the money. Much higher quality than I’ve ever seen on any other Indo Ibanez. Would definitely recommend.

I've bought a 2027xl few months before he did, basically did to it the same things as he did to his (jupiter in the bridge, sentient in the neck, tremol-no) - and I know why he loves his

Surely a 7-string with only 22 frets makes no more sense than a 27 fret guitar with only 5 strings. 🤷‍♂️

Regarding production models? Here's a new instrument that was announced just recently. It has everything you asked for, and more: they did include a couple extra frets out of generosity. Due to said generosity, some gratitude would serve you well.
