The market is nuts right now for Ibanez Vai 7-strings (and just about everything else). Reissue some MIJ models and I'm sure they would sell like hotcakes.

This. There's a lot of nitpick-y stuff I could say about the Pia, but in reality, I'd buy it without a second thought just because it would be a MIJ "UV."

I would think this would sell well because there is a lot of pent up demand for this, but maybe that would carry sales only for a year or so and the tooling costs wouldn't be worth it. Dunno. Would really like to see this.
