Am I stupid or why do I like Ibanez stock pickups?

Hey man, if you like them then that's all that matters. Doesn't make ya stupid. I mean, the rest of us are the stupid ones for constantly switching pickups, and tone chasing rather than just working with what we have and playing/creating music.

Consider me jealous.

Many of them are OEM Dimarzio's, so it's not like they are crap pickups or anything.

I liked the INF pups in my RGT42DX. The New 7s weren't bad either.

I'm a big fan of the V8 in the right guitar.
Very Gibson-esque, with some grit thrown in, imo.
Love it in hardtail strats!

For strictly clean work, those 'Powerhouse' pu's are fantastic. Big, fat, and warm...or "dull" to some ears.
