I haven't heard a single good AJFA emulation for the Ultra. This one steps up the game for this unit.

Real close. Double track and panning would probably make it more obvious :)

Has a bit too much cocked-wah going on, but it's close.
Blame that on the ....ty wood in the LPJ. I used a LPJ and a Hetset. I imagine if I had used a heavier guitar with an EMG 81, it'd sound a lot closer.


PS
I don't have access to a EMG 81 anymore. I sold them off after I got a 58/58x, Hetset, and 57/66. And, yes, I do have guitars with passives.. I just don't like them as much.
