I'm just looking for a carbon fiber Neck, the body I'll build or buy it from elsewhere, the reason is that I want to build my own guitar, so to me carbon fiber neck is a must have.

I hope your friend's company can make NECK only on carbon fiber.

yes he can... it's all about the mold in wich the carbon will dry. he can do it by your specs or he could do something else. one of the standard necks for PONOR guitars would be something like a Ibanez Wizard 3 neck for 7 strings, but 1-2mm thinner...
