What do you consider cheap? Cuz my suggestion would be a Schecter Blackjack SLS.

Used RGA7. Though it's active, but pots are cheap and easy to replace.

LTD AW-7, though it's maple neck-through with mohagany wings but other than that it fits all the criteria.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Agile yet. Well, for anywhere between $400-$600 you can get your self a sick Interceptor 7xx in H-H configuration in just about any scale length, finish, and electronics you desire. Of course, there are cheaper models, but I wouldn't recommend an Agile cheaper than $400, although really they're all decent quality under that price range as well.

+1 on the SIR27FD

Also the LTD MH417 and H307 are beastly guitars, however you'll need to work with the active sized pickup cavities. best of luck

The Ibanez APEX2 is all those things.

I bought one of these, examined it and sent it right back.

Poor fret dressing, paint defects, and cheap feel aside, those DiMarzio PAF7s did nothing for the guitar.

Jackson SLATT ftw. So much more for your money. I'd easily go Schecter Damien as well.
