I've never played a Jackson 7 but have previously owned a 1527 and the neck is pretty similar in thin shape. When I first got the Stealth I was afraid of it being too bulky or thick, especially due to all I own are Ibbys with Wizard necks, but my goofy large hands play on it just fine haha.
