I have never really seen it mentioned. I have looked at it because I love my Katana, but I really dont have any use for it, so I have never tried it seriously.

works for me , there is a new katana artist 100w
the price of boss gt1 is the best price compare to other light weight multi effects, boss effects chorus and delay are the best, the tera echo and mdp effects is a bonus

Looks like you can't run it in 4 cable method...therefore I have zero use for this item.

Why would they assume I want to run all my effects up front?

The Katana Artist mainly just adds some controls that you need software to change in the old Katana, a bigger cabinet, and better speaker. I have the Head, so I don't need the better cab. Really, it is a lot of extra $$ for not much new stuff.

When I needed a small, cheap, battery powered multi fX for headphone practice, I got a Zoom G1on. It is a great unit for the price.

I love my GT-1!

And this is my demo:

I started with the GT-3, then the GT-6, and now this!

My question is... How to dial in a djent sound?
