Bring back the numbered and bullet list options to editor

It seems the post editor no longer has options for bullet/numbered lists. Please add them back as I know the software supports them.

You can still enter the code manually:

To start a bulleted list: [list] To end the list: [/list] before each list item: [*]

There's variations for using dashes or other symbol and numbered lists. I'd have to Google to hunt them up.

That said, I'm surprised lists were left out of the pseudo-WYSIWYG Editor.
